This past weekend marked a transformative step in our journey as we successfully installed racking, bringing much-needed organization to our bustling warehouse in Illinois. Amidst the chaos of understanding its intricacies, we've envisioned a space that is destined to become a hub for roasting collaboration.

Beyond being a warehouse, our space is evolving into a roastery, with a specific focus on fostering inclusivity. As we work towards this vision, we're constructing an inclusive co-roasting space, set to launch in 2024. Our commitment is geared towards empowering women and minority-owned coffee-shop businesses throughout Illinois.

The idea is simple yet powerful: a co-roasting facility that not only offers assistance and expertise, but also provides a platform for individuals and businesses to rent time on our roaster machine. Our comprehensive white label roaster service allows facilities to have their very own custom coffee, adding a unique touch to their brand. We want to help you create a product you’re proud of and that authentically represents you.
